Bookings
A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is charged on completion of your clean. Prices are flat-rate, calculated at booking, and only change if the home is materially different from what you described (we'll always call before adjusting).
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Inside 24 hours, a $50 late-cancel fee applies to cover housekeeper wages. Weather and emergencies are handled case-by-case — please call.
Happiness guarantee
If you aren't satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
Liability
OmLand Housekeeping carries $5M in commercial general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
