How does pricing work? Is there a hidden catch?

Flat-rate, upfront, no catch. You'll see your exact total before we ask for anything. Price is based on service type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and any add-ons you choose. GST is calculated at checkout. The only way your price changes after booking is if the home is significantly different from what you told us — and we'll always call before adjusting.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. $5M liability insurance, WCB-covered, and every housekeeper passes a criminal record check and reference verification before they set foot in a client's home.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Message us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. No receipts to fill out, no fights. It's our 24-Hour Happiness Guarantee.

What products do you use?

Accepted Answer

Plant-based, fragrance-free, and septic-safe by default. We're happy to use your own products if you prefer — just let us know in your home profile.

Question 5

Will it be the same housekeeper every time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whenever possible. We assign a primary team to your home so they learn your preferences, and we only rotate when someone is sick or on vacation — always giving you the same continuity.

How do I give access if I'm not home?

Accepted Answer

Lockbox code, hidden key, garage keypad, or a neighbour drop-off — whatever works. You enter access details once in your secure home profile and we reference it every visit.

Question 7

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most of our clients are at work or out for the day. We'll send a 'we're here' text when we arrive and a 'we're done' text when we leave.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Inside 24 hours, we charge a $50 late-cancel fee to cover the team's wages. Weather or emergencies are always case-by-case — just send us a message.

Question 9

Can I tip my housekeeper?

Accepted Answer

You can, and it's appreciated, but never expected. Tips go 100% to the housekeeper. You can add a tip in your client dashboard after the clean, or leave cash on the counter.

Do you do commercial spaces and vacation rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we have dedicated service tiers for both. Vacation rental turnovers are a specialty of ours, with photo confirmation and same-day turnarounds.
